USPS DELAYS:

Occasionally USPS can have delays in delivery. We are NOT responsible for any delays on USPS part. If your tracking number states your package was delivered and you do not have the package, contact your local USPS for help! They are great about assisting you in locating your package if you call your LOCAL USPS directly.

If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it. missing packages that occur after we have surrendered the packages to the delivery carriers. We will do our very best to work with the carrier to locate your package with no guarantee of retrieval.  Should a claim be needed and is successful your order will be refunded and/or reshipped.
